My heart leapt with a resounding YES! This is why I make art—for the evolution it sparks within me, for the joy it brings, and for the shifts it creates in how I see myself and the world.

Art doesn’t have to be serious or perfect. Inspired by Flora Bowley’s Creative Revolution, I see artmaking as playful, experimental, and transformative. Sometimes it’s fun, sometimes it helps us process life’s challenges—but always, it illuminates something new within us.

Ask yourself:

• What lifts your spirit when you create?

• When do you feel curiosity or a creative “aha!”?

• How does it feel to follow your impulses—fast, slow, or pausing to notice?

Even a few minutes of intuitive drawing, collage, or movement can open doors to personal insight, inner transformation, and creative flow. When we each make art in this way, we contribute to a larger ripple of collective evolution.
