The Labyrinth and SoulCollage® are spiritual tools that help us navigate our life journey as well as access our own inner resources and wisdom. This workshop will offer background and insights to better understand and experience the Labyrinth. We will engage in a reflective experience using a finger Labyrinth combined with a creative expression through SoulCollage®.
The Labyrinth and SoulCollage® both give us a way to integrate mind, body, and spirit allowing us to develop a deeper awareness of ourselves and the world around us.
