MITCHELL KOSSAK: From Chaos to Flow, From Flow to Stillness
Event registration closed.

Thursday, June 23 6:00-8:30 pm edt

In this workshop we will explore the different kinds of rhythmic energies that might be guiding our mind/body connections. The ability to charge and discharge energy or tension in the body are important aspects of health. Being rhythmically attuned to tension patterns, how tension is built and released in breathing patterns, movement, sound, art making, poetry is an important aspect of health and well-being. When we regulate our rhythms, it also reaches beyond our individual self, connecting into an extended field of resonance to others in our lives, communities and to a greater collective consciousness.  In this workshop we will explore different ways that engagement in art activities can help us to re-regulate our psychobiology, bringing us back in alignment with our true self.

What to bring:

  • Space for minimal movement
  • simple art materials (suggested, but not limited to – soft or oil pastels, markers) writing materials

This workshop will be recorded and the recording will be posted in the forum after the workshop, for viewing only by those who have registered for the workshop. To ensure confidentiality of participants, the recording will be paused during sharing.
