Intermodal Certificate Training Program Cancellation and Refund Policy
*All transactions will incur a minimum $25.00 administrative and processing fee.
A. For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of start date: 100% refund minus
$100.00 non-refundable deposit if applicable. Deposits are non-refundable and may ONLY be credited
to another EAFI class if the vacated space is filled by another enrollee or upon approval of
Institute.
B. Less than 30 days in advance, no general refunds will be issued. EAFI may elect to grant a
credit to be used at a later date and in accordance with the above statement. There will be no
credits issued if cancellation is within 48 hours of class start.
C. In the event of a medical or family emergency, EAFI will work with the student in good faith to
find an appropriate solution for all concerned. EAFI has the sole discretion to grant credits and
may ask for written documentation of medical or emergent incident.
D. Travel Interruptions, In the case of an unforeseen interruption in a student’s planned
attendance in the program, a transfer of tuition may be requested and made for the next time
the course is offered.
