What do you imagine when you hear “Body, Mind, Spirit”?
As we prepare to teach our course this week with this title, I (Tamara) have been noticing how I tend to the different aspects of my own being — moving in and out of awareness of each. When my body feels tired, I rejuvenate through nature, movement, or art. When my mind feels full, a walk, gentle movement, or sitting quietly by the water helps me find clarity. And connecting to spirit — through meditation, music, or reflection — offers grounding and inspiration.

How do you return home within yourself? What brings you into alignment in body, mind, and spirit?
This week, we’ll explore the holistic nature of expressive arts and reflect on our experience with the mandala, a symbol of wholeness. Take a moment to explore this for yourself: What does your expression look and feel like when all parts of you are in balance?
